I’ve just “discovered” RichProfile via DesktopEngineer and I can’t thank you enough for solving our problem! We need to rename the default Outlook profile for all of our users from %username% to MS Exchange Settings. The reason being we have an old but heavily used app that used Mapisend to issue an automatic e-mail and it has MS Exchange Settings hard coded.
